@British_Airways - strange way to get our bag to SA after you left it behind in Geneva 03/01 on a through flight with a 4 hour layover in LHR. Cant be great for environment 😂 extra leg to Scotland why not - bag doing a grand tour on its week holiday with BA.

@MTNza you are the most incompetent company ever. I have had SIM card since September last year, my phone gets stolen on Friday and you tell my number is inactive and I can’t have it back, I used my phones on Friday.This is unbelievable and unacceptable service

@British_Airways It’s at 9:20 tomorrow morning, CPT to Dur. If all flights are grounded it will be cancelled! I am still yet to receive any communications from comairs, which is shocking customer service. Imagine I didn’t check the news??
