Worst experience with #jeeves and now with @flipkartsupport for giving automated replies. The matter will be seriously taken with the consumer commission @consumerIN as suggested by @jagograhakjago . After 45 days since my Washing machine was picked up there is no update.

@flipkartsupport My issue is yet not properly addressed they told me to wait for a week and today when I called them they are saying to wait again for some more days. This is the 6th time I have been told to wait!

@flipkartsupport @jagograhakjago Very pathetic extended warranty service from #Jeeves (case I'd: FLRM-AV3RBF-DJW8HS-DYD7HE-H2XA0XT) for washing machine. I was told that complaint will be resolved in 21 days but it's almost a month passed but they are just extending the days.
