The plight of the young Nigerian man:
1. Suffer bad governance
2. Suffer police brutality
3. Suffer discrimination in the job market
4. Suffer the fraudster stereotype
5. Suffer the dating pressures of the hoflation caused by fraudsters
6. Suffer low quality women
7. Suffer old fools advising you to sacrifice yourself for the low quality women and get your reward in heaven
No off days
@ChuksEricE Why should a school be allowing this? Come on now.
If the government now decides to regulate this, theyโll start claiming theyโre being persecuted.
You will never see a virgin women lament about men wanting virgin, itโs always the women that canโt remember numbers of guys they have slept with, crying on the TL about men wanting a virgin.
@Kinging_David@LaceVine Asking God for healing differs from declaring someone healed or free. They're not the same.
Why give false hope by telling them they're healed or free if you're not sure?
Jesus and the apostles never gave false assurance. When they declared someone healed, it was evident.
@ZugoRoberts7677@BrotherPossible Jesus and the apostles never declared someone healed or free who didn't receive it.
They never gave people false assurance of healing that didn't happen.
@vesselofmercy_@ThePChris@SpiricocoNg Yes, youโre a fraud. What happened to saying, โI pray God heals you by faithโ? Why declare someone healed if God never revealed to you that he/she was healed?
This thing you guys are doing is why many people are questioning Christianity and calling these healing claims theatrics
I blame no one but grown adults who are obsessed with spirituality while ignoring the most basic command Jesus ever gave ie love God and love your neighbour as yourself.
Many Christians spend more time chasing power, tongues, dreams, titles, signs, and spiritual experiences than actually studying the Bible and living by it.
If you are a Christian, read your Bible, study it, understand what Jesus and apostles actually taught. Then go and love your neighbour.
Stop looking for complicated spiritual nonsense when the greatest commandment is painfully simply to LOVE.
And if your pastor is not teaching the Word, holding people accountable to Scripture, and teaching them how to love others, then you need to stop blindly following them and start studying the Bible for yourself.
Christianity does not need more spiritually obsessed adults looking for power. It needs people who know the Word and actually live it.
Tired of hearing all these nonsense from Nigerian preachers!!!!
@Kinging_David@LaceVine By the way, in the Bible, Jesus never declared healing over someone without it actually happening. The same is true of the apostles.
A pastor praying for someoneโs healing is one thing; declaring that the person is already healed or โfreeโ is another. The two are not the same.
I differ on this one, brother.
Pastor Chris presents himself as being in control of these situations. He speaks about these healings with great authority, and they even conduct healing-school sessions where the impression is given that those he ministers to will recover wholly.
And, much like Benny Hinn, another charlatan who has repeatedly been exposed for false miracles, Pastor Chris appears to follow the same pattern with numerous unverified miracles and bogus claims of miraculous healings, coupled with misrepresentation of peopleโs actual circumstances.
So no, I do not think this is about Godโs sovereignty over healing, which every well meaning Christian will affirm. The issue here is the manipulation and deception involved in presenting a healing as having been successfully done when nothing of the sort happened.
Yet you can see the celebration and praise that follows. And this is not an isolated incident. There is a broader pattern of questionable claims and practices that deserves serious scrutiny. If anything, I do not think he is being opposed enough as his atrocities demands.
May God deliver anyone who is still being led astray by his deceptive schemes. He should be rightly and publiclycondemned so that others may not be tossed to and fro by the leaven of these ungodly practices.
@OurFavOnlineDoc After the falling down, him commanding the growth to die, and declaring that he was free.
Now the story has changed, and surgery is now the miracle.
