The City of Napa and the Napa County Flood District will reopen the Oxbow Bypass flood gates at McKinstry Street today, Thursday, January 5th; however, parking on McKinstry will remain restricted. 🧵1/3
The City of Napa's Parks and Recreation Department is closing Trancas Crossing Park at 11 AM today, Wednesday, January 4. Crews will continue to evaluate the situation and the park will reopen when the threat of flooding no longer remains.
