🚨 BREAKING : The King has consented to an emergency declaration for Serian, Sarawak, following hazardous air pollution, which surpassed an API reading of 521.
The PMO said more effective measures will be taken to protect the health and welfare of affected residents, including mitigation measures.
A haze emergency was declared in Kuching in 1997 after the API reached 650.

🚨🔴⚪️ EXCLUSIVE: ARSENAL SQUAD MEETING ENDS SUCCESSFULLY.
The meeting between Mikel Arteta, his coaching staff and the entire Arsenal squad was held earlier this morning and has been described as a success.
As reported earlier, the meeting was organised to welcome the new signings and bring the entire squad together ahead of the season.
The new arrivals were informed clearly about Arsenal’s main objective this season: winning the Champions League. 🏆⭐️
Sources indicate that the players are fully behind that ambition and were positive about the challenge ahead.
There was also an open discussion between the players and coaching staff. Players were given the opportunity to speak about:
🔴 What is going well
🔴 What isn’t working
🔴 Issues within the squad
🔴 What needs to be corrected
🔴 Ideas on how the team can achieve its objective
A lot was discussed. Arteta was reportedly pleased with the openness and called for unity across the club.
The feeling among the players is clear: they see themselves as one family.
And that unity is exactly what they believe makes Arsenal special. ❤️🤍
One club. One family. One objective — Champions League glory. 🏆🔥

£893K a week saved from this window's departures. 💰
That's a significant reduction to the wage bill, mostly from players who weren't regular starters, and it's genuinely smart housekeeping that gives the club more flexibility going forward.
It's worth remembering though that every one of those players gave time and effort to this club during their spell here, and they all leave with our respect and best wishes for whatever comes next. 🔴 🤝
🚨 🗣️💔 BREAKING: GABRIEL MARTINELLI SPEAKS AFTER JOINING AL-HILAL…
🎙️ Interviewer: “Gabriel, you’re now in Saudi Arabia with Al-Hilal. Looking back, you joined Arsenal as a boy and leave as a Premier League champion and the club’s record sale. How do you feel?”
🗣️ Martinelli:
“It’s emotional.
I came to Arsenal as a boy with a dream, and I’m leaving as a champion. If the decision was completely mine, I would have stayed, but sometimes football makes decisions for you.
I’m proud to have won the Premier League and happy to leave Arsenal as their record sale.
Most importantly, I’m grateful to the fans, my teammates and everyone at the club. Arsenal will always be a part of my heart.

STATEMENT ON THE US-IRAN ESCALATION
I am gravely concerned by the renewed escalation between the United States and Iran. The latest exchange of strikes, extending beyond the immediate parties and into other states in the region, threatens to draw the wider Middle East into an even more destructive conflict.
The party with the greatest capacity to shape events bears a particular responsibility to exercise restraint and prevent further escalation. The sovereignty of other states cannot be cast aside. No military objective justifies exposing civilians to an expanding conflict. Economic measures that inflict hardship on civilians and impede diplomatic engagement risk exacerbating rather than resolving this crisis.
I urge the United States and Iran to halt further escalation and return immediately to diplomacy and the understandings reached in June. This conflict can ultimately be resolved only through political and diplomatic means. The world must not be made to pay the price for a wider regional war.

We need love, kindness and care to get through that tough week, the grey skies and storm clouds in life. For the times when things go wrong, when we feel lost, when everyone else appears to be doing well, know that the Almighty hasn’t abandoned us. He knows.
💰 The salaries of Arsenal players sold this summer:
Martinelli — £180k/week
Gabriel Jesus — £265k/week
Reiss Nelson — £100k/week
Leandro Trossard — £150k/week
Fabio Vieira — £45k/week
Total: £740k/week — around £38.5m/year, or roughly €45m/year.
🔸This is why these sales were necessary. We’ve cleared a huge amount of wages from the squad while moving on players who were no longer central to the project.
🔸It’s not just about the transfer fees the wage bill matters too.
🔸We’ve done some serious squad cleaning this summer. 🔴⚪️
