@Mike_M_Klotz@TomMcFly10 You’re still getting 250 g of protein at 1800 calories? I know it’s possible, but you have to eat very lean. Either way, I’ve been told by people who know better that if you’re already a big, muscular guy, 200 g is fine. Maybe try to adjust that. Of course you’re already okay.
