In 2019 there were 5,691 suicides registered in England & Wales. Each year on 10 September communities and organisations come together to raise awareness of how we can create a world where fewer people die by suicide.

Morning @Markradcliffe and @StuartMaconie@BBC6Music please give a mention to the fabulous ‘Line Up’ festival taking place @MalvernCube in Malvern this weekend, particularly to Anda, Lee, Lucy and all of the volunteers who are making it happen https://t.co/KYGmf5e8H8
5:20pm 3/1/24: Travelling from Malvern to Worcester?
⛔️ A4103 at Bransford closed
🕑 2 hour travel time currently on A449 via Powick
⛔️ Hanley Road to Upton closed
🤔 Consider going via Malvern Wells, Welland & Tunnel Hill to Upton & via Kempsey or even via M50/M5
Here's a view of Hanley Road, Upton from the @farsondigital web cam - road very much closed as you can see
Upton Bridge remains open however

Morning @Markradcliffe and @StuartMaconie The fabulous @GreenManFest certainly does have a green man, which is set alight on the Sunday night. Each year is a different theme, this is the 2018 version
@WestMidRailway Some of us have been sitting in a stationary train for over an hour and a half, with just one update. The tannoy is about as functional as this train. No one seems to know when we will be leaving. When it does it will only travel as Worcester.
Morning @themarkrad and @StuartMaconie@BBC6Music I often sing random words. Being in The Larder, food often triggers something. Most frequently it is Celery / Broccoli to Steve Winwood’s ‘Valerie’. Simple but effectively annoying 🤭
Morning @themarkrad & @StuartMaconie@BBC6Music this is yesterday’s chainee! The #Pong conversation this morning reminds me that I had a similar game, made by Binatone. Based on our chat about non Walkmans on the show yesterday, I am beginning to think that my family had shares!
Three out of the last five days my travel has been disrupted. On two occasions this resulted in me not being able to get where I needed to be. I rely on trains as a mode of transport for long distances as I do not own a car. What was the cause of the disruption @GWRHelp
@GWRHelp I’m aware of the partial refund service having used it several times recently. What are my options if a cancelled train means that I miss my connection and am unable 2 reach my destination? My plans this afternoon were ruined. Please also explain why trains were delayed/cancelled
@GWRHelp Tuesday, no train at all until 09:45. That was late meaning I was 2 hours late for work.
Thursday, outgoing train at 08:46 delayed meaning that I was late for a meeting. Return journey at around 17:40 completely cancelled.
Today, 12:15 train to Hereford was cancelled
