Press freedom in Namibia should be safeguarded at all costs. It is a constitutional right that should be respected and preserved. What happened this morning at State House with Ms. Beukes is unacceptable.

This message is to thank Swapo for bribing the former members of the IPC to leave the Party and join Swapo. By doing that, you are helping us eliminate corruption.
If any member of society is willing to take bribes from anybody, much less the ruling party, then that member really does not belong in IPC.
The speaker made a ruling for the house to take an early recess, when the National Assembly calendar states that recess is on the 27th of November. She is trying to give her party members time to go campaign rather than attend to the matters they were elected into the House to attend to.
IPC is strongly against rulings that don’t follow proper procedure. We are a party rooted in the rule of law and won't compromise our principals.
Go out and vote for IPC on the 26th of November 2025.
Come rain or extreme heat, nothing will stop the conviction to bring change! The people of Otavi are ready to vote for people that can bring significant change to their town. Vote IPC.
I gave notice to ask Hon Erica Shafudah, the Minister of Finance questions, on the 5th of February 2026 in regard to the abrupt termination of the payroll management system as planned for end of November 2025. This was not done with proper consultation and is becoming a trend with this current administration.
It is really important for the young people to participate in the electoral process. We need to bring change in the system that we have because, it is not helping us.
Go out, do your part and vote. We need everyone's participation to help build this nation.
We are such a small population, but we have a lot of potential. I was born and raised in Namibia. My family have been here for 5 generations, and I love my country.
The turning point came when I realized that Namibian people are needlessly suffering. I say needlessly because it does not need to be like this. There are simple solutions for complex problems, and I believe I can help solve these problems.
I believe we young people have the power to determine our own future, but for that we need to stand up and get involved. Every Namibian child deserves a fair chance in life, and as a nation it is our duty to provide that opportunity.
Namibia’s youth face nearly 50% unemployment.
Vote for leaders who invest in training, entrepreneurship & sports, your future depends on it.
IPC is building real pathways through skills & local projects. Your voice matters.
Vote IPC on 26 Nov 2025

The David Namwandi Trust Launched its Mental Health and Suicide Ideation Research Results Workshop today.
The David Namwandi Trust conducted research on the root causes of why Namibia has the highest number of suicides on the continent. The research showed that 522 lives were lost through suicide during the 2023/24 financial year, with 124 committed within a short period of time - 108 of those were males.
David Namwandi said the findings must be used as a guide to help formulate policies for a better Namibia, and that early detection ought to be reinforced with support mechanisms, placing particular emphasis on men and the boy child.
Namwandi added that the Trust commits to assist where it can in ensuring the nation builds a culture of supporting enhanced mental health.

Discipline. Focus. Respect. That's the IPC difference. With a Chief Whip who gets things done, Namibia isn't just participating on the continental stage—we are leading with purpose. We are proud of this strong representation for our nation! 🇳🇦 @rodneycloete
Corruption… Independent Patriots for Change, John Louw Mouton, in parliament today, accused the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology of failing to investigate the alleged corruption brewing at the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation.
