Sen. Cassidy made a point that "fear of autism is a major driver of vaccine hesitancy among those with a college education or higher" and basically implied that those higher-educated individuals are just uncritically being influenced by "social media narratives."

We college-educated mothers are not stupid. We're not just doing what we are told by people on the internet. We QUESTION. We READ. And we find the vaccine science FLAWED, the pharmaceutical industry CORRUPT, and the government agencies CAPTURED. If your most highly educated citizens don't believe you anymore, don't call them stupid. Seek to understand the topics on which you are clearly so ignorant.
