@CatPack22 @ComEd Try contacting his insurance agent to ask about a hotel. If he has additional living expenses coverage. Normally hotels are not covered when you just lose power and no damage to the house, but if he needs oxygen, that’s a medical issue and generally covered

@British_Airways very disappointed! From our checkin in Phoenix to the debacle in Heathrow. And we aren’t even at our final destination.Forced to go back and forth from terminal 5 to 2 three times. Just awful!
