@virginmedia We know that the only solution is to get a new box as we have had it ‘fixed’ many times over the past two years and the box is clearly inadequate to cope with the amount of residents using it.

@virginmedia We have a street group and we only ever complain about how rubbish virgin media internet connection is. A technician said the box is way too small for the number of houses, and if one cable gets dislodged it messes up multiple houses. Solution is a new one. Spend money please!

@virginmedia I live on a street with at least 60 residents who are Virgin media customers and share a faulty virgin media box. It has been reported on numerous occasions for 2yrs but connection is lost daily for at least 5 different residents. Why don’t you replace the box?!
