“Why is there a cashew-based cream cheese in the picture? 🤔
Because—nothing is impossible!
When we truly know that anything is possible, our brain stops looking for excuses and starts finding solutions. And it does so immediately. 🚀

“Most STEM professionals think creativity is a talent—you either have it or you don’t. That’s a myth. Creativity is a skill. And once you master it, you become the go-to expert.

A single decision separates us from sharing our ideas—even when we think they’re silly. Creativity means allowing ourselves to say the “dumbest” idea and letting the team (or people around us) make it smarter: https://t.co/1Lq0qUBgDe

You can always force yourself to work toward your goal—just like you push yourself to exercise, wake up early, or eat healthy.
But willpower runs out quickly. Willpower alone isn’t enough. So many other ways exist to reach your goals without discipline.

It’s not just about putting the phone away—it’s about recognizing that even small, everyday tasks can bring happiness. Creative thinking doesn’t come from grinding all day. It comes from stepping away, and doing something different.

If you ever feel like you’re moving through your daily tasks on autopilot—like a robot—this post is for you.
After rewatching the Blue Zones series (@bluezones) about the world’s longest-living people, I started asking myself: Have I delegated tasks that actually bring me joy?
I love going to the farmers’ market, yet I order groceries online. My reason? More time with my kids at the park. But when I started taking them to the market with me, everything changed. We pick out food together, cook together, they love helping—and they eat everything.
Applied to life, this becomes: Is there another way to think about this?
•Do I want to lose weight, or do I want a healthier, stronger body?
•Do I want to finish my PhD, or solve the challenging problem I set for myself?

One of the most important thoughts I’ve learned to embrace—especially when designing a new algorithm under tight deadlines—is: What else can I try? What haven’t I explored yet?
Applied to life, this becomes: Is there another way to think about this?
It’s uncomfortable to choose a healthy meal over pizza. It’s uncomfortable to work out at 6 a.m. But if you endure discomfort for a while, it becomes your new normal.

We don’t follow because of thought: “I’m not motivated.” - translated as: “I just don’t feel like doing this right now.”
Then, you give up on what you planned—and slowly, you move further away from your goals. Why? We don’t like discomfort.

In the picture, you see thyme, mint, and licorice. Why? Because creative thinking doesn’t thrive without health.
When we’re unwell, creativity takes a back seat. Instead of creating, we’re simply surviving. And in survival mode, there’s no space for innovation—only quick fixes..
Let’s talk about health goals and career.
What do they have in common?
The truth is, you can have a goal to become healthier, even with a demanding career.
The key is to have a plan that fits into your busy schedule.

What do we often miss when planning our schedules? HOW TO REALLY FOLLOW CALENDAR PLANS?
👉 Schedule your calendar as if you were planning for your best friend.
Wouldn’t you give them time to breathe, take a coffee break, or just relax?

One of my favorite books for inspiration:
📚 The Agony and the Ecstasy by Irving Stone – A beautifully written story of Michelangelo’s life, perfect for anyone seeking creative inspiration.

It’s called result-producing action. This is the kind of action that directly leads to achieving your goal. It’s focused, intentional, and specific.
