@kat2801 @acer_house In the mean time, avoid common triggers like watching tv, being on phones/ tablets etc and absolutely avoid sport for the time being . Sleep when you want to sleep, eat when you want to eat etc

@kat2801 Kat you need to see a sports doctor . I do a clinic in Kent on a Thursday if that’s any help - contact @acer_house for more info - sports docs see loads of concussion and def your best option

@physphilosophy Sounds like they need repeat imaging and potentially dexa and bloods - so depends if you are able to arrange this? If not then SEM for sure :)

Sad my week with @ActiveAway at Sani Beach is over. Great friends made , really high standard of tennis 🎾 and 30 hours (obviously I did more than I was meant to 😀) on court in the Greek ☀️ - heaven!
