i think it’s absolutely interesting how poor nigerian males make wealth their entire personality & constantly suggest that if they had more money = more women, but in the same breath get absolutely enraged when women demand money from them in exchange for companionship
This is why you will always look like a fool defending the useless things your ancestors have passed down to you in the name of tradition and culture. These geniuses banished a victim and her abuser.
I just received a call from the police officers who sent me an invitation letter to report to Zone 2 Police Headquarters, Onikan, Lagos.
The officer who called did not introduce himself or explain why I was being invited. When I asked, he was rude, sounded angry, and kept insisting that they had sent me a letter. He then handed the phone to his boss, who also did not introduce himself until I asked. Even then, neither of them explained the reason for the invitation.
Just seconds before the call, I had sent a message requesting that the appointment be rescheduled.
I am a trans woman in Nigeria. I am not a criminal, and I do not understand why I am being treated this way without even being told what this invitation concerns.
I have spent millions trying to build a home where I can feel safe, yet I am now afraid in the very place I pay so much to live in.
I am asking for transparency, respectful communication, and clarity about why I am being invited. I should not have to live in fear simply for being who I am.
I am documenting this publicly because my safety matters. Please help me amplify this. 🏳️⚧️
