This is my conspiracy theory: Kate had surgery. It kept her in the hospital for weeks. Her doctors advised her to take time off to recover. She listened to medical advice. She stayed home. Her family cared for her. 🫣 I know it’s far-fetched, but it’s all I could come up with. 🤷🏼‍♀️
