is it normal that after a reinstament on youtube even after a month all your videos that you upload get 99% less views?

like my latest video after the reinstament despite really good retention (30 sec watch ration on a 29 sec video) is litterly getting 99% less views than usual

This isn't 'normal'. Normal is what my other channel does: a new format just gained 4.9K views with 101% watch time.

@DeepHumor @TeamYouTube @TeamYouTube My reinstated channel has a critical bug. A new Short gets 1 view in 7 mins (had 190+). +90% of views are from subscribers. when i post new content it gets 10k+ views on my other channel. Please fix this distribution block. #YouTubeBug
