Today, South Africa faces Mexico.
It's funny watching some Africans rush to support Mexico because they're angry at South Africans over immigration issues. Your own country isn't at the World Cup. Some have never even qualified.
Whether you like South Africa or not, they are carrying an African flag on that pitch today. Supporting Mexico over an African team says more about you than it does about South Africa.
Africa first.
🚨🎤 Interviewer: who do you think is winning the UEFA Champions league trophy tonight ?
🎙️ Mourinho: “Arsenal”
🗣️everyone knows my history. I am not the biggest Arsenal fan, okay? This is no secret. But I am a football man, and as a football man, you must speak the truth. People need to wake up. This is not the Arsenal of those years the Arsenal that was soft, the Arsenal that people used to laugh at. No.
What they have done in recent years is incredible. They did not just win the Premier League; they went toe-to-toe with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City and they broke them. To beat that machine over 38 games? It takes something very special.
Yet, I look around and I see people underestimating them. This is a big mistake. In football, when you underestimate a truly good team, they punish you. It never goes well. Look, if I speak too much about how good they are, I can’t I can’t, I prefer not to speak too much. But I think they can become champions tonight. They can make history and finally break this... this jinx of European trophies. You can disagree with me, you can say 'José, you are crazy,' but that is all I see. When the lights are this bright, they have the quality to deliver. No disrespect to PSG from me”
Ephesians 2:8-9 NKJV
[8] For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, [9] not of works, lest anyone should boast.

The denial of visa to The Chairman of BUA Abdul Samad Rabiu by the South African Government is an affront to Nigeria. They cannot have billions of dollars investment in our country and treat such a revered figure with rejection and contempt.Xenophobia is escalating from the streets to Governance. Its time to keep aside history and African brotherhood and deal with this matter squarely.
Faith is not, "I know God can do anything." It is true that He can (even the devil believes that), but it goes beyond that, to allowing the Word of God direct and control you. Faith is not a gift, it is a product of discovery.
