@StonkyKong6@FinanceLancelot …things in equilibrium. I’ve heard economists and central bankers talk about how the fed is willing to print and distribute ANY amount of money, they just need to control the interest rate at which it is lent out at so that inflation can be managed. My two cents 🫠

Other countries would have to juggle managing their USD to spend in markets and also to service their debt which would help keep…/2
@WaitCapital Has been throughout recorded history. Inflation vs higher taxes + austerity. Inflation is easier to soothe over to the masses for politicians. Or some new revolutionary thing that can actually rapidly grow domestic product, but that may be wishful thinking.
@rising_serpent What are we blaming China for? Globalization freezes and contracts rapidly as soon as America says so. Who’s going to spearhead the new world order? China can barely manage themselves let alone the world.
