When addressing a transgender client, it is important to use their preferred pronoun. As this could affect the rapport and therapeutic relationship you’re trying to build. Thus making it hard to engage with them. @MHR5000818

I’ve learnt that after an ECT treatment the treatment itself doesn’t always end there, some patients may came back in to the hospital for a periodic maintenance ECT as an outpatient. @MHR5000818

@MHR5000818 Clinical reviews are quite interesting. Especially because you get to hear the prespective of different clinicians from different roles (i.e. consultant, social work, OT etc) on their recommendations on what plan to take next for the consumer.

@Jessica5000818 @MHR5000818 Having to work in community is a bit different! So far I haven’t had a lot of opportunity to engage with the clients. A lot more paperwork then face to face interactions. Which is quite different to a ward setting! Sorry to hear about your experience Jess! @MHR5000818

@Suze_5000818 @MHR5000818 Depending on your case. Ours went pretty fast. We didn’t have to present much to the tribunal since they received all documents about our client’s mental health. But depending on how difficult your case is, it may that a while or just 15 minutes.
