@GreenspoonTegan regarding signs and symptoms there are not really blatantly obvious signs when it comes to mental health and wellness. Everybody has their own way of dealing with their mental health so if so they should then seek a healthcare professional. #EM203problems

@EM203JBotta people do not typically associate a “balanced diet” with a diet, exercise and sleep. People usually include mental health and wellness in there too. So that would be something to be identified as a problem in your concept map. #EM203problems

@griffin_em203 I found that the different learning theories are very informative and useful in academic life. Especially in learning-by-doing because if there is something where I have no prior knowledge in, but I’m passionate about the process then I resort to the learning-by-doing theory.
