Really excited to share this work. The punchline is bacterial non-coding RNAs are targeted by an ADP-ribosyltransferase toxin from P. aeruginosa. Essential RNAs, like tRNA and RNase P are modified and havoc ensues. Go read it!

I’m glad to share our latest work in Coombes lab to study the fitness of AIEC in vivo. Using tnseq/rnaseq,we identified a role for T4SS in the gut. The bioinformatics part was a fun learning experience for me and I’m excited to use this further in my lab.
