‼️Don't miss the June 26 deadline!‼️ Apply for your 2023 For the Love of Curling Scholarship at https://t.co/2NiV7yLu0i today.
When I was awarded this scholarship, it was a huge help in balancing curling with school, work, and life in general. I encourage you to apply!
Part of the For the Love of Curling scholarship program involves recipients playing an active role investing in the program as young community leaders. In this story, we highlight Emma Nagel, the first FTLOC recipient for wheelchair curling, Sean Beland and Emily Deschenes ➡️
A great event that is helping bridge the gap between junior and men's curling for our team, providing us the opportunity to connect with peers and earn additional support towards achieving our goals.

Congratulations Jeff on receiving Sport NL’s 2022 Male Coach of the Year! More than a great coach, Jeff is of the highest moral character and wonderful example of sportsmanship & fair play. We would not be where we are today without him and are so lucky to have him in our lives!
Congratulations @TeamGushue! You guys are an inspiration to athletes from our province, from our country, and around the world. Congratulations to all other award recipients and finalists at the Annual Awards and to @sportnl for hosting a great evening!

It was an honour to speak at JA Newfoundland and Labrador’s JA World of Choices session this morning alongside such inspiring community leaders!
The session had over 1200 participants across the province - a testament to our youth’s interest in leading the future economy! 📈📈
What a morning! With grade 9s from Brother Rice in-person, and students from over 25 schools around the province joining virtually, we had over 1200 participants in today's JA World of Choices session. Discussions and presentations touched on the impact of mentorship, 1/4
Such a great space to host such a great event! To reach over 1000 students across the province is a testament to the capabilities of @signalcampus! So glad to be involved this morning. @JANLinspires
Thank you, Premier @FureyAndrew! We take so much pride in every opportunity we get to represent our great province in the sport we love so dearly. @TeamGushue continues to inspire us all, especially the current / next generation of curlers and athletes from NL!
What an outstanding performance by @TeamGushue to capture a fifth #Brier Championship. Congratulations, we are all so proud here at home. Newfoundland and Labrador was well-represented at #Brier2023 with Team @NathanYoungNL and @TeamGushue, well done!
The Brier hopes to not only delight curling fans, but grow some new ones. We'll drop in on kids learning to throw rocks and sweep and see what they think of the game. @NathanYoungNL was offering the kids some tips! That's at 7:27. #ldnont
