Before you apply, copy the job posting into a doc and highlight every skill/tool it names. Those exact words need to appear somewhere on your resume. Not synonyms. Not "similar experience." The exact words. That's what the filter is matching against.

HOT TAKE: AI taking over jobs ‘any day now’ is way overhyped. This tech is still in its infancy and most companies don’t even know how to use it properly yet, let alone replace entire roles with it. The fear is moving faster than the actual capability.
@ConnorMEwing Yeah I think that all positions should be upfront about what the pay range is AT LEAST so people aren’t wasting their time for a job that won’t even cover the bills
@randomrecruiter I was always told to ask more than what you actually want, so if you get that offer great but if they negotiate lower it’s more around what you originally wanted.
