@airindia Air India, clearly reflects mismanagement after the cancellation of AI 127. Lot of chaos, with no staff available to guide passengers on which bus to board for the hotel. No one outside to help.Only helpless passengers and buses, with no clarity on which one to board.

@DelhiAirport Hi, today after sitting for 4 hrs in flight, the flight AI 127 canceled. Now we were asked to go to arrival . I have my mother and two kids with me, waiting for wheelchair assistance at gate no 24, no one arrived yet after waiting since an hr. Please help!
