I was told technology would eliminate unnecessary work. Instead, I now have too many passwords, verification codes, and a robot asking me if I'm a robot. ๐ซ
@PsychToday I can't read your articles these days. Whenever I click on the links, it says "forbidden. You don't have access to this resource". It didn't happen before. Any idea why?
Witnessed a similar situation in Longwa village recently where some YouTubers came to the guest house we were staying in after dark, and began demanding free food and lodging in the name of "promotion". People who can't support the local economy should stop travelling altogether
An irony I keep observing :
Kohima people will wear sweaters and fan themselves with their shawl in summer, while Dimapur people would wear a T-shirt and curl their hands to keep themselves warm in winter. Lol
If I ever get buried and the bugs are eating me, I expect that when they reach my stomach, they will meet resistance.

Before 2014:
No one had to pay for incoming calls.
AFTER 2014:
If you don't recharge, you lose incoming calls and messages within a week, and if it continues for a few months, your SIM is deactivated & your mobile number is sold to someone else.
Even if someone lives in a rural area, earns very little, uses a basic feature phone, doesnโt use the internet and only needs to make a few basic calls, they are forced to spend โน200โ300 every month.
This is nothing but blackmailing and open loot from poor people of India.
