Meet Eng. Sheena Atukunda, who completed a Bachelor of Engineering Civil and Building Engineering.

She has this to say about our partnership with @EACOP_. "I had the opportunity to travel to China and to learn at the China Petroleum Pipeline College (CPPC) and also across various CPP subsidiaries throughout Langfang. Under the guidance of seasoned experts, I gained in-depth knowledge of pipeline engineering, pipeline design, contract management, and various protocols critical for large-scale projects. I also gained a deep understanding of the intricate processes involved in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, which enhanced my understanding of how to integrate various disciplines to deliver efficient, high-quality results. Beyond the classroom, I was immersed in a culture that beautifully balances industrial progress and historical preservation. A highlight of my experience was climbing the iconic Mutianyu Great Wall and visiting the Beijing Zoo, where I had the unforgettable opportunity to see a giant panda. The food, with its incredible flavours and variety, was a journey of its own, offering everything from spicy dishes to delicate dumplings. These experiences, combined with the camaraderie of my peers and the warmth of the people I met, made my stay unforgettable. I am deeply grateful to China Petroleum Pipeline International, @EACOP_, and @Kyambogou
for giving me this incredible opportunity. This training not only sharpened my technical skills but also broadened my worldview, preparing me to tackle challenges with a global perspective. It has strengthened my commitment to applying my knowledge to impactful projects, i.e., the EACOP project.

What I think about the partnership: I am highly optimistic about the benefits of this MoU between Kyambogo University and @EACOP_ as it will offer valuable learning and growth opportunities for students to advance their careers.
