Life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges, I never imagined starting this year with my dad hitting rock bottom. He reached a point where he broke down, admitted he needed help, and we fought alongside him to get the support he needed—ultimately leading to a hospital stay.

So why am I sharing this? Firstly, because I am unbelievably proud. And secondly, because the more we talk about these struggles, the more we remind people that there is light at the end of the tunnel. No one should have to suffer in silence.

I've always known how exceptional @teamEDnuh are, but when it's your own parent in need, that appreciation grows even stronger.

Incredibly grateful to everyone who cared for my dad. Despite the circumstances, everyone made a difficult day a little easier.
