Nestlé has recalled these baby products.

So before you mix that next bottle for your baby, read this thread carefully as it concerns their well being.

If you feed your baby NAN, SMA, or Alfamino, a toxic bacteria has been found in some batches. And you might have it in your house right now.

You see, Nestlé has issued a massive global recall for several baby formulas (products in the image above) because they found a toxin called Cereulide (from Bacillus cereus bacteria) in some batches.

This toxin causes severe nausea and vomiting in babies. And the scary part is that boiling water does NOT kill it. The toxin is heat-resistant. So even if you prepare the formula correctly, if the powder itself is contaminated, your baby is at risk.

Now, NAFDAC has not released a specific alert for Nigeria yet. BUT our markets are porous. And people import ‘UK SMA’ and ‘Imported NAN’ every single day. So if you buy your formula from supermarkets that stock imported goods, or you bought it abroad, you need to check the last stock to see if your tin look like any of those products.

If yes, go to Nestle’s UK Website (SMA & Alfamino) and Nestle’s MENA Website (NAN) to verify if your batch does not fall under the recalled ones.

If your batch code matches the ones on that list, please DO NOT USE IT.

And please, don't keep this information to yourself.

If you have a friend, sister, or neighbor who uses SMA, NAN, or Alfamino, retweet this or send this to them NOW.

You might be saving a baby from poisoning today.

Heavenly Father,
I come before You today not pretending to be strong You see me, You know me, and You know how frustrated I feel. I’ve tried, I’ve prayed, I’ve waited, and it feels like nothing is shifting. Lord, I’m not giving up, but I’m tired. Tired of seeing doors almost open and then close again. Tired of holding on to promises that seem delayed and tired of fighting battles that never seem to end. Yet even in the middle of this frustration, I decree that my faith will not die here. Father, I prophesy that out of this frustration will come a breakthrough.
Out of this weariness will come testimony.
Out of this confusion will come clarity.
I declare that even now, doors are unlocking that I don’t yet see. People are being positioned to help me. Resources are being released from unexpected places. The same God who started this story will finish it with power. Because I know the same God who has carried me this far will not leave me halfway.
In Jesus’ mighty name,
Amen.

For everyone who needs just one thing to finally go right:
May it happen before this year ends.
May the silence break, the email arrive, the call come through.
May your waiting turn into winning.
May effort meet reward, prayers meet answers, and your next tears fall from joy, not weariness.

2. In 1994, photojournalist Sebastião Salgado returned to his home in Minas Gerais, Brazil, only to find the lush forests of his childhood reduced to barren land.

His wife, Lélia, proposed replanting the forest, and over the next 20 years, they planted 2.7 million trees. This effort restored 1,500 acres of rainforest, reviving 293 plant species, 172 bird species, and 33 animal species, some near extinction.

Those people that are supporting Hilda and blasting this girl are the same people that when the government say black is white, they'll happily accept.

Food is costly, yes we understand. But its not supposed to be expensive. So you're telling me that because she's a brand, the food has to be extremely expensive?

It's a pity you guys don't speak up when you see injustice and that is why the governments do whatever they like to you guys..
