@VOOPOO_OFFICIAL Shocking customer service. Not accepting obviously dangerous/faulty returns less than 2 months old. Apparently have to send item back to China..... Shocking!

So it appears when you cancel @skytv account it doesn't get cancelled and they send you bills demanding payment.... Good job I have screen shots of chats confirming cancellation in April

So @RoyalMail said they had delivered the parcel and accepted no responsibility for no parcel no card. And @FragranceShopUK are no help because apparently there is GPS to say it's delivered. Poor customer service both sides...

Absolute shocking customer service from @BootsUK (delivered to wrong address and will not accept error) and @RoyalMail not following redirection. 2nd error from Royal Mail in 3 weeks. Total loss of £170........
