Spent the whole day yesterday in Queens University Belfast learning & relearning.
We covered a lecture on #fascia, #hypermobility & spent time in the #anatomy lab refreshing all things below the hip

These small pauses during the day to mindfully move your body can make all the difference!
They don’t have to take ages - just a few repetitions & then return to your day. Always move within your limitations, these may not be suitable for where you are at with your health now.
Walked 17 km today from Hazelhatch to Sallins along the #GrandCanalGreenway!
I really recommend it.
Pop yourself on the train & get off one stop early or vice versa & walk the greenway back to the previous train stop.
And then get the train home again - whichever way home is!
Have you ever used a foam roller? This half moon #foamroller is a little less scary than the big solid ones & plenty useful! Gently & mindfully try out this position to release some tension in the ribs. Remember - NEVER force anything & always work within your limitations!
