Norfolk Broads today. I fail to see why quiet country lanes are having their verges & hedgerows manicured in Dec., when many creatures will be overwintering in these refuges
These provide important wildlife habitats and surely they should be managed more carefully

We’ve been patiently waiting for the quarry to comes to its natural end which would see the land restored & a significant reduction in HGV’s. A country park, not another industrial park is what this area needs. @RewildingB @CPRE 🍂🌳
