@IlvesToomas Very confusing replies to this tweet. The screenshot is actually talking about the license cancellation for the anti Putin news channel Dozhd'/Дождь (Russian, based in Latvia). In a nutshell, it's great news for Putin, bad news for Russians who were trying to stand against him.
@Maks_NAFO_FELLA This is ridiculous.Russia will never accept these terms. If Ukrainian representatives want peace for their people they should consider making real propositions to end war not completely unrealistic ones just to show off, they know it. People keep dying, this war has to stop asap!
@elonmusk How are you getting these numbers? If it's by taking into account only messages that people flag on the system, then it's not good enough. Many hate messages get similarly angry responses without being denounced. Especially for war situations. Many people get hurt, feel isolated.
One way or another, the war started the end of the post-Soviet crisis. Either there won't be post-Soviet space anymore, or we'll see the hegemonic transformation creating political conditions for very different, social revolutions.

The invasion of Ukraine is the escalation of the crisis on a higher level of violence. "The conflict now being resolved in Ukraine by tanks, artillery, and rockets is the same conflict that police batons have suppressed in Belarus and Russia itself." https://t.co/1hnL31EOv9
These maidan revolutions are a reaction to the deepening crisis of political representation (or hegemony crisis), but they reproduce and even intensify the very crisis they were a response to in the first place.

Euromaidan was one of the many deficient revolutions combining revolutionary repertoire and aspirations with vaguely articulated claims, loose organization, and weak leadership. Predisposed to be hijacked by agents not representing the protesting masses.

9 years ago Euromaidan triggered the last cycle of the post-Soviet crisis process that culminated in the invasion of Ukraine. The dynamics and outcomes of this revolution, violence, the role of right and left were the main topic of my studies these years. Most important below
Weed the manipulators out of your life by noticing who spends a lot of energy trying to influence the way you think about them, about others, and about yourself. The latter are the most dangerous. People who try to manipulate your ideas about yourself are your enemy. Cut 'em out.
Free speech is important not because it feels nice to say whatever you want, but because it helps people hold the powerful to account. Being able to call a trans woman a dude doesn't hurt the powerful in any way, but that's the only type of free speech Musk Twitter will give you.
@ann_bezh @buytoclose19 @historyinmemes Hatred makes people blind and deaf. Feel free to share your source if you can communicate without slogans. https://t.co/fADiCPDPtA
@apeguia @DefenceU More like 30 years ago. Including through financing of school programs. New Ukrainian school books were published thanks to US finding in 90's
