BREAKING: US missiles have struck a children's cancer hospital in Ahvaz, southwestern Iran, with patients being evacuated minutes ago, per Fars.
This is the first US strike on an Iranian hospital in months, with additional strikes also causing damage to multiple residential homes in Ahvaz.
📰 @Sludge: Hakeem Jeffries Opposes Cutting Aid to Israel After Record-Breaking AIPAC Donation
"On May 20, AIPAC PAC sent two earmarked payments—$87,500 and $61,800, totaling $149,300—to the Jeffries Battleground Protection Fund, a joint fundraising committee that splits proceeds between Jeffries' own campaign, the DCCC, and more than a dozen frontline House Democrats."
This is good news, but the fight is not over.
The Senate just rejected the NDAA that would merge our military with Israel’s, which will now proceed to the House.
Call your senators & representatives and tell them not to support the NDAA until the merger w/ Israel (Section 219) is removed.
The senate switchboard number is: (202) 224-3121
Tomorrow, the Senate will take a key vote on the $1.1 TRILLION defense bill.
It not only fails to rein in Trump’s Iran war, it also has a provision touted by PM Netanyahu to MANDATE more U.S. defense cooperation with Israel.
None of this is in our national security interests. I will vote NO.
THOMAS MASSIE: “It’s ironic that we control the House, Senate, Supreme Court, & the White House -- and we're yelling 'election fraud'? We won all the damn elections.
What are we doing with that? We’re bankrupting the country. We’re starting new wars. We’re violating the Constitution. We’re not cracking down on the fraud. The problem is not the elections. We won the damn elections. The problem is that we’re wasting the opportunity voters gave us."
BREAKING: Stunning new reporting just revealed that defense contracting firms connected to Donald Trump's sons, Eric and Don Jr., have netted $3.2 billion in Pentagon contracts. This is brazen corruption. The American people deserve answers.
Can we just… drop the facade of morality here for a minute and speak candidly?
Iran is RIGHT for striking vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. I said it, I don’t care if you like it. You’re lying to yourself if you want to act like it’s wrong.
The United States launched a war of aggression against a sovereign country, and this is an obvious and long-identified defense maneuver meant to create asymmetric downside against an overwhelmingly more powerful military adversary.
“Ohhhh but it’s wronggg. What about international lawwwww”
Last I checked, slaughtering 120 schoolchildren in Minab is against international law. Last I checked, launching a war of aggression against a sovereign nation like we see here is against international law. Last I checked, bombing water storage and infrastructure facilities is against international law…
… last I checked, the United States killed three Indian sailors in the Strait of Hormuz by attacking a civilian vessel.
“Ohhhhh but maritime lawwww. UNCLOS”
Y’all check on Cuba lately? The last delivery of oil to Matanzas was the Anatoly Kolodkin in MARCH. The United States is the SOLE reason the Universal couldn’t deliver in May. They have blackouts for 22 hours a day. Their hospitals can’t function.
You can whine all you want about morals and ethics, but maybe take a second to realize how stupid you sound doing it.
This week the Senate will vote to merge our military’s most sensitive & secretive capabilities with Israel. This merger is buried within the massive NDAA and they’re hoping you won’t notice.
Merging our military with a foreign country is a treasonous betrayal of our sovereignty.
Call your senators & tell them to vote no on the NDAA until the merger w/ Israel (section 219) is taken out.
Tell them that we will never support merging our military with a foreign nation.
The senate switchboard number is: (202) 224-3121.
Tucker Carlson:
"The truth is, after this war, it’s impossible to say Trump’s Republican Party, MAGA, is acting on behalf of the US.
It’s acting on behalf of Israel; that’s just a fact."
"It’s such a Betrayal."
There are 18 members of FIFA's disciplinary committee but the unprecedented decision to lift Balogun's automatic ban was taken by just one person - the chairman Mohammad Al Kamali of UAE. No one else was consulted.
