SHYNESS MAKES YOU LOOK WEAK
Be arrogant. Confidence is key to everything. Social skills are important. You’re more than enough. Don’t be afraid to look stupid. Ask questions. Get what you want. Let them judge you. It’s all in your head. Speak up. Share what’s on your mind. Your opinions and preferences matter.
When you were a kid, being shy was considered something normal. But the moment you grow up, when you have ambitions, dreams to fulfill, and desires to satisfy - nobody will come and ask what you want.
👉 You must let the whole world know.
Otherwise, you’ll keep replaying scenarios in your head while lying in bed trying to fall asleep. Thoughts like, “I should’ve said this.” “I could’ve had that.” “I embarrassed myself… i feel so much shame” will consume your energy, and you’ll wake up tired and broken. You’ll visualize the life you want, wishing you could spend more time in your dreams, because the lack of inner work makes life after waking up feel wasted.
All because of one fragile obstacle: caring too much about what others think of you.
Just go do something unusual in public. Nothing bad will happen to you. Make the outside world your training ground, where there’s no Final Boss, only people passing by that you’ll probably never see again.
Opportunities will be everywhere. The people you resonate with most, the love of your life, meaning in what you do, an endless amount of interests are all on the other side of the bridge.
The only thing you need to cross it is delusional confidence, and not treating every stranger seriously with their useless opinions.
If you don't have time, money or whatever excuse you use in order not to look into these tools, then just stretch once in the morning and once in the evening.
That's it.
It's free and can be done within 5 minutes (if you have time to be on socials, you have 5 minutes to stretch).
When animals in the wild experience a traumatic event, they pass through their freeze response by trembling.
In one study for example where mice were deliberately traumatized, half of the mice were allowed to tremor naturally after the trauma and the other half were prevented from trembling.
It was discovered that the mice that were not allowed to successfully go through their natural tremoring process had reduced resiliency to subsequent life-threatening experiences.
This brings us to TREs.
Trauma-releasing exercises (TREs) were designed to engage the primitive mammalian survival mechanism used to recover from a traumatic event.
The same tremors found in other mammalian species can also be easily evoked in the human species through a series of five simple exercises.
The exercises produce a slight fatigue in the major muscle groups of the legs and pelvis.
This is done by isolating the muscle groups and exercising them individually (tap in the pic).

You ever just close your eyes and talk to your future self and ask them to "show" you how to find the path your trying take?
Alternatively do you talk to your past self and tell them how things will work out?
Quantum reality and multiverse existance is waiting for you.
Was at a rave high as fuck on mushrooms and when the fog machines came on my Jewish friend clutched his Star of David necklace and said “Omg it’s the chambers” and that really fucked with my trip
You can literally write your own destiny, thats how strong the power of words is, but one warning be very specific with it, this practice is much more powerful than it looks
