It’s been more than a month since I have asked for an appointment for my Ola scooter and still there have been no response what so ever .
Who else had such a problem may post here so Ola can improve on their services.

Took the Azad Hind express , Pune to Nagpur , just about 8 hrs late on 25 th May and returned on 31 st May by Duranto Pune Howrah , just about 5 hrs late . Q is , will Railways refund my 13 hrs lost time !
Also, found a cockroach enjoying 1 st class AC facility

@kunalkamra88 Yes , no development still on that front .Again my Ola scooter is out for repairs and since complaint lodged it’s been more than 3 weeks and it’s still at service centre .
Hope better sense prevails .

@bhash @kunalkamra88 Here ,Mr Kamra is bang on and I, being an end user of 2 Ola pro for the last about 2 yr have faced lot of issues with regards to service and sometimes had to wait for almost 2 months . My mails are there to be checked , Mr Bhavesh pls improve on service.

Which is the 3 or 4 th so far created , has not been attended to as yet since last 2 months and only assurances are given , will impact buyers as service part is worst . Will send screen shots of mails for you too .

@OlaElectric @DineshBavaliya8 Yes , the after sales service of Ola is horrible to say the least as my problem has not been attended to for last 2 months or so inspite of tickets created on mail . Will post screen shots tmr as buyers shd know about Ola service.

It’s been 5/6 days since the ACs have been received by me but no confirmed date from your end and no reply given when I did DM to you guys . Hope I don’t regret not going for Daikin .

Have brought 5 ACs from Maharashtra Electronics , Pune which they delivered on time with assurances that Panasonic after sales is good , but till date no firm date about installation given by you guys thou I have interacted on WA.

8 days gone and still waiting from your service centre person to attend my break down vehicle.

7 days gone but still service center not able to respond to a break down vehicle .
After sales , one of the core feature in customer satisfaction which Ola has not been able to address still yet after the Ola scooter launch .

Hey , the premium Hush Puppies shoes costing about 10k , soles have started coming off within some months . Hugely shocking for some regular customers like us .
