Panel 2 | Papers, please: the internet after age verification
Paul Diegel, James Baker and Professor @bpreneel1 of @KU_Leuven on age checks, ID checks and the lessons of the Discord breach.

PlayStation's former boss has defended physical games as "super important" as Sony prepares to move away from discs
"If you can’t sell a thing, that means you don’t own a thing"
Greed and AI are about to kill everything that was once sacred in gaming. We will fight this until the very end, but it feels like the big asteroid is not only inevitable, but necessary at this point. Be very careful about who you trust and support now.

PlayStation’s former boss calls physical games „super important” as Sony prepares to move away from discs.
His message is simple: „If you can’t sell a thing, that means you don’t own a thing.”
Someone should remind Sony of that.

NO DISC, NO BUY
Bad news for physical collectors: Phantom Blade Zero may be digital-only on PS5.
Play-Asia has removed its PS5 listing and cancelled physical pre-orders after saying it was informed that a physical edition would not be available.
Other retailers also appear to have removed or never listed a physical PS5 version, but S-GAME has not officially confirmed that the game is digital-only.
