@H3llaG4ySpiral@weasly65@Gorbaducklas@FluffyKing1994@DungeonGlitch Teleporting home is an entirely reasonable things to do in dnd that a bunch of spells allow for and if a plane is warded against planar travel it's likely warded against the plane itself being shitted into the material plane too.
@H3llaG4ySpiral@weasly65@Gorbaducklas@FluffyKing1994@DungeonGlitch I just don't understand why there needs to be repercussions. Maybe the players didn't know plane shift existed? The whole point of wish is that it replicates a spell and these DM "lmao you destroyed everything" moments only need to happen if they do something unreasonable.
@weasly65@Gorbaducklas@FluffyKing1994@DungeonGlitch I think its reasonable to look at a wish and if it perfectly aligns with a spell then it just casts that spell. I agree with your second point though, i'm just not a fan of trying to screw players every time they try to use wish for a cheap gotcha moment.
@weasly65@Gorbaducklas@FluffyKing1994@DungeonGlitch Yeah bro but plane shift is a 7th level spell that teleports you and allies from one plane to a place you choose on another plane. 7 is less than 8 so it should just work with no monkey paw bullshit unless your DM is an asshole
@TheTCGs Just finished opening my ETCO box. Very happy to have pulled an Animadorned Archosaur and some other cards I was after. Thanks again for the giveaway ๐
