హైకోర్టు ఆదేశాలపై స్పందించిన హైడ్రా కమిషనర్ ఏవీ రంగనాథ్

🔹 రాజ్యాంగ స్ఫూర్తితోనే హైడ్రా విధులు నిర్వహిస్తోంది.

🔹 ఆర్టికల్ 21, 48A ప్రకారం ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్తులు, చెరువులు, పార్కుల పరిరక్షణకు కట్టుబడి పనిచేస్తున్నాం.

🔹 మార్కెట్ విలువ సుమారు రూ.1.50 లక్షల కోట్లు (17 బిలియన్ డాలర్లు) ఉన్న ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్తులను కాపాడాం.

🔹 ఇప్పటికే 6 చెరువులను పూర్తిస్థాయిలో పునరుద్ధరించగా, మరో 20 చెరువుల పునరుద్ధరణ పనులు కొనసాగుతున్నాయి.

🔹 వందలాది చెరువులు, పార్కులు, వేల ఎకరాల ప్రభుత్వ భూములను ఆక్రమణల నుంచి విడిపించి ప్రభుత్వానికి అప్పగించాం.

🔹 భూ కబ్జాదారులు తప్పుడు సమాచారంతో కోర్టులను తప్పుదోవ పట్టించే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు.

🔹 లోతుకుంట భూముల వ్యవహారంలో వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువైన ప్రభుత్వ భూమిని కాపాడేందుకు హైడ్రా చర్యలు చేపట్టింది.

🔹 పర్యావరణవేత్తలు, స్థానికుల ఫిర్యాదుల ఆధారంగా హెరిటేజ్ గుట్టల విధ్వంసంపై చర్యలు తీసుకున్నాం.

🔹 నా విధులను అడ్డుకునేందుకే నాపై 63 కోర్టు ధిక్కార (Contempt) కేసులు వేశారు.

🔹 ఆ కేసులన్నింటినీ చట్టపరంగా ఎదుర్కొంటాను. న్యాయవ్యవస్థపై నాకు పూర్తి విశ్వాసం ఉంది.

🔹 ప్రభుత్వం ఏ బాధ్యత అప్పగించినా ప్రజా ప్రయోజనాల కోసం అదే నిబద్ధతతో పని చేస్తాను.

HYDRAA Commissioner A.V. Ranganath Says 63 Contempt Cases Filed on him by Land Grabbers

In a statement released he said, “

* he has worked as HYDRA Commissioner in line with the spirit of the Constitution.

* Alleges land mafia and encroachers are misleading courts with false information.

* Claims a real estate company attempted to grab government land worth nearly ₹10,000 crore in the Lothukunta case.

* Alleges the company illegally blasted heritage rock formations and cut hundreds of trees without permissions.

* Says HYDRAA acted based on complaints from Save the Rocks Society, environmentalists and local residents.

* Claims the builder encroached 120 acres of government land and later filed a contempt case against him.

* Says 63 contempt cases have been filed against him, all by influential land grabbers.

* Names Sandhya Sridhar Rao, Nalla Malla Reddy and Mukheem among those he accuses of illegal land encroachments.

* Says he has full faith in the judiciary and will fight all cases through legal means.

* Affirms he will continue to perform any responsibility assigned by the government with commitment and dedication.

* Cites Articles 21 and 48A as the basis for protecting lakes, parks and government land.

* Claims HYDRA has protected government assets worth around ₹1.5 lakh crore ($17 billion).

* Says 6 lakes have been fully restored, while restoration of 20 more lakes is in progress.

* Claims HYDRA has reclaimed hundreds of encroached lakes and parks and thousands of acres of government land over the past two years”
