Xander Tabler

A guy that likes too many cards games. *Opinions are my own*

[Haus of Decline @hausofdecline]

"What would Luffy do?" has genuinely done wonders for my mental health. Existential doom of climate change got you down? How would Luffy deal with it? He would be too stupid to understand it fully and not worry about it, but accidentally solve it anyway by punching the right guy.

@sparkoftheforce That’s an incredible idea!

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

Had a ton of fun with these games! Really stellar gameplay all around, and inspired me to build some more set 2 decks before set 3 launches!

Guess what?! I just over an hour we've got the next episode of Conquer the Cave premiering on @IceCaveRadio! @thatCHARM3R is on vacation so I'll be joined by special guest caster, FFG's own @NavelFlorange!

Should be an awesome @UnlimitedFFG Bo3!

This is the tweet I reference the most. By far, just not even close

[A. Bonkdóttir, Ar.T @TheBonkQueen]

This one, by a wide margin

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

@NerdParkerPDX @davflamerock For sure. Every time I see a reaction (good or bad), I have to bite my tongue and just wait to see what people think the next week, or even a month later!

More #TCG's in #SPIEL Essen 2024

Great work @UnlimitedFFG & @Altered_TCG, you ROCK! 👏

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

@JoeSoloGamer Palpatine!

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

Unfortunately, no “Seatback Experience” on this Delta flight. Luckily, the premier decks were in the backpacks! 1-1 when drinks came around and we had to put it on pause

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

@thanos_068 @GarbageRollers @davflamerock No worries at all! Might have to talk about the deck sometime soon, it’s what I’ve been playing with since release weekend.

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

@thanos_068 @GarbageRollers @davflamerock Got it right here:

Finally posting my SOR Han deck list!

4-1 in Swiss, made top cut, took 2nd place in our internal FFG tournament this afternoon. Lost to Ryan in the finals with his Cad Bane deck, but can’t complain about that!

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

@supercodepoet Ryan sent it over, so here’s what he’s cooking!

@supercodepoet Thank you!

I’ll have to see if Ryan has a list or picture.

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

@chicos_addict Some of the lower end was specifically for matchups I figured I’d run into with players in the studio and we were playing best of 1, so no ability to side board for those matches.

Love the 3 cost flacon all the time, 6 is decent if you can’t find Zorii or need to go space.

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

@SpaceDankMcGee I don’t currently, but can ask Danny!

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

@GarbageRollers @davflamerock Top 4:
1. Ryan Serrano- Cad Bane+Tarkintown
2. Xander Tabler- SOR Han+Red Base
3/4. Danny Schaefer- Fennec+Security Complex
3/4. Peter Schumacher- Sabine+Green Base

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

@ag_levii Oh yeah, forgot one at home so I had to borrow a studio copy 😂

And thank you! It’s been super fun to pilot and can definitely be surprising to play against. Hotshot Blaster, K2, and Poe are MVPs for sure!

[Xander Tabler @NavelFlorange]

@RybackStun They’re pretty wild! Had to take down Danny’s Fennec afterwards cause we never got paired.
