Please look into this - 4.2 lacs of payments got debited from account but no tickets issued!! Several hundred people had similar issue! This is a scam!!!

@airindiain Are you just ignorant to all the pleads or requests from people? Payments got processed but no tickets issue - lacs of hard earned money. Chat - not available, call center-no one picks up or hangs up abruptly- such a shame!! Disgrace to airlines!

I know lot of people got similar error. Such a bad management .. if they can’t handle this then why take more than they can chew! They knew that people will try to get tickets when it opens at 5 pm

Spent 4 hours to book tickets, 3 hours trying call center You guys need to do something.. please allow private international airlines - you don’t have what it takes
