Rumogi case: In this case the heir after death of his father turned against his sisters and his mother, he chased them away from their father’s land. The two parties have been in conflict for more than 8 years. When NAVODA intervened through mediation the issue was solved

In this matter the complainant had an issue with his step brother and family members whereby after death of her parents the family turned against her that she does not own anything in her father’s estate. NAVODA intervened
