1️⃣ I am using Paytm soundbox for my medical store. On 8th Jan 2025, Paytm called and said my account and money were frozen due to a fraud transaction.
➡️ We contacted our customer, and he confirmed it was a genuine payment. It was Paytm who decided on their own

@Paytmcare @Paytm rejected my documents, claiming the invoice name and UPI payer's name don’t match. The invoice has the patient’s name (for whom medicine was purchased), while payment was made by a relative-a common scenario. This is straightforward and shouldn’t be a reason for dispute.

@Paytmcare After wasting over 5 wks, @Paytmcare is still making excuses to avoid refunding frozen money. This is a red flag for shopkeepers using @Paytm Soundbox. If you want to keep your money safe and avoid harassment, switch to @PhonePe or @bharatpeindia as soon as possible. #ScamAlert

@Paytmcare It's been a month, and they still haven't verified the documents. What a ridiculously slow service and an unbelievably inefficient team Paytm has! Is @Paytm verifying documents or conducting a background check for the CIA?

5️⃣ I now realize that @PaytmSound39977 is unreliable. I strongly recommend switching to @PhonePe , @GooglePayIndia , or @Bharat_Pay . Their service is much better. Pathetic experience with @Paytm ! #PaytmWorstService
