One question I see a lot is what ratings/programs are available to non-U.S. citizens. So, I changed the rating badge background color to gold for the ratings which DOES NOT require U.S. citizenship.

@realDonaldTrump @SpeakerJohnson DACA: Our fed government, by the relative inaction for decades, has allowed otherwise innocent folks to reside and make lives here. They are essentially common-law U.S. citizens already. Lets give them a path to citizenship to make it official.
