NEW: Senate Judiciary Chairman Charles Grassley today asks Chief Justice John Roberts to address public comments made to the NYT by Judge Patrick Schiltz and 6 other judges last week related to immigration enforcement.

Grassley:

"More than half a dozen judges in Minnesota provided comments for an article about immigration enforcement. This included a 90-minute interview given by one judge.

One judge criticized the Trump administration and the Justice Department’s efforts as a 'grave threat to the rule of law.'

In another instance, a judge characterized the Justice Department’s actions as resulting from 'incompetence.'

These statements are unacceptable.

When judges publicly criticize government officials...it undermines public confidence in the courts. And it destroys the perception of impartiality upon which the justice system relies.

Make no mistake, all Americans are entitled to disagree with government officials. That includes judges too. But with great power comes great responsibility.

Judges wield the power of a co-equal branch of government – to faithfully and impartially uphold the Constitution. With that comes the responsibility to preserve the integrity of the judiciary.

Federal judges should be issuing opinions and orders in accordance with the law, not giving quotes based on their personal views to the New York Times.

I hope the Chief Justice addresses this issue. My oversight will continue."

CONFIRMED: WHISTLEBLOWER COMPLAINT ABOUT CHINA ELECTION OPS DEEMED CREDIBLE BY INTEL COMMUNITY WATCHDOG

In April, I exclusively reported on a whistleblower complaint alleging intelligence about China's sweeping 2020 election influence operations was suppressed, and there was broad retaliation against the whistleblower.

China’s goal was to “impede” President Trump’s re-election and "denigrate" him as a candidate.

I have since learned that the intelligence community's inspector general (ICIG) has determined the complaint is credible.

The public affairs office for the ICIG provided a statement:

"Consistent with longstanding policy and practice, IC OIG can neither confirm nor deny the existence of investigations, including urgent concerns to Congress. Our Office is committed to maintaining the integrity of our oversight activities and taking swift action on any claims of reprisal or retaliation against whistleblowers."

I can tell you as a journalist for more than 35 years, there is no way any news organization can consistently get so many things completely wrong unless they are ideologically blinded &/or knowingly/intentionally suppress the truth in violation of the tenets of real journalism. All these false stories blasted across the world are evidence of journalistic malpractice carried out by the mainstream media for YEARS. Not a single error run once by a single institution - these lies were multiplied across countless media outlets & broadcast non-stop. In most cases, thousands & thousands of stories. There were never any meaningful apologies or corrections & once the truth was completely exposed/indisputable, their dishonest behavior continued to the detriment of the audience/readers & the nation as a whole.

In some cases this went far beyond journalistic malpractice to conspiracy - not a made up “conspiracy theory” to silence dissent - but a real one where journalists/editors/owners were conspiring with political operatives/sources to run fabricated information warfare campaigns against the President in order to subvert his rule & paralyze government function. These are well-funded, professional, targeted operations that are a betrayal of everything the press is supposed to stand for in the land of the free. Not only that, the worst offenders were rewarded for their efforts, with multi-million dollar salaries, cushy assignments & the top awards in journalism, sometimes for stories that were completely fabricated.

That in itself is egregious enough. But it does not begin to cover the damage done to this country. A divided America is a weak America that can be exploited by her enemies, both foreign & domestic. It has made this nation vulnerable to foreign influence operations & external threats as we have seen from the CCP, Iran & the global elite. It has prevented this country from moving forward with measures to fully protect its sovereignty & territorial integrity. In short, it has intentionally slowed the function of government which is an act of war that has in turn purposefully limited this President in his duty to uphold the will of the voters who elected him - the fact that his political enemies don’t agree/approve, does not make subversion or treason legal.

Jose Adan Lopez-Guevara is a 38-year-old Honduran illegal who lived in Maryland like he belonged here. A federal judge just gave him 65 years for sexually exploiting three children. The kids were between 2 and 11 years old.

He abused them from 2015 to 2024. He filmed it. Predators online got to watch.

Homeland Security in Maine spotted the videos first. Maryland agents hit his phones and found more. Hundreds of files. An encrypted app packed with child sexual abuse material.

A jury convicted him on 14 counts of sexually exploiting a child and one count of possessing that filth. Judge Richard D. Bennett stacked on 30 years of supervised release after the 65.

National media barely blinked. Local Baltimore stations covered it. That is the media for you. A toddler predator who should never have been in this country, and the big outlets treat it like weather.

This is what open borders actually looks like. Not a talking point. A Honduran illegal preying on American kids for almost a decade while Washington called enforcement mean.

Secure the border. Deport the predators. Put American children first.
