On 22/1/25 one senior manager posted in CO Raipur was assaulted by around 20 to 25 officers while he was working on his seat as per victim version and 15 persons as per management explanation letter to victim out of those one retired and others serving .
Since the assault took place in co it was the circle office duty to file an FIR but since that was not done the victim who is our comrade went to the police station to lodge a complaint .He was followed there by a crowd of AIPNBOA officers including some female officers and a false counter complaint was filed by two female officers on instructions of other association leaders .on police persuasion both sides withdrew complaints since we do not want female officers to be dragged in this dirty war unleashed by AIPNBOA leaders . mahilaon ko dhal banakar kayar log hi ladte hain .we have to copy of complaint withdrawal letter signed jointly by those 2 female officers but we do not want to name and shame our female colleagues.
In Raipur circle we have only 6 members and numerical strength is overwhelming in favour of other associations so CO authorities ZO authorities and HO authorities are not doing justice in this case and they have succumbed to the blackmailing of AIPNBOA leaders who after doing this hooliganism and violence in workplace indulged in taking mass casual leave demonstration before co and ZO and official whatsapp group leaving after one of the attackers who was circle secretary was suspended along with the victim officers who is AGS of Raipur zone of our federation.
Today it is one month still justice not being done in this case of riotous misconduct of AIPNBOA goons whose punishment is termination of service .
Hence today we are doing this social media campaign today to ensure that the workplace is protected from violence and justice is done in this case without fear of numerical muscle power of AIPNBOA.
Associations were formed to protect officers from management high handedness and not to beat and assault one another association members .
In civil society violence has no place . The workplace is sacrosanct and those violated this deserve exemplary punishment.
Our agitation will continue till justice is done in raipur .
