@virginmedia The issue is that they ARE turned off, but for some reason, on sky catch up it is still requesting them. Its only started doing this over the last few days.

@virginmedia why, when my parental controls are off (not required) do you still ask for a pin for sky programmes after 9pm. I’m 41 with no dependants so really don’t need the controls and its very annoying!!!

@virginmedia This isn’t every channel, just those on sky, i just watched ‘why women kill’ on alibi (catch up) and that was after 9pm and the last leg of tokyo 2020 and didn’t ask me for the pin with either of those! Perhaps double check the rules as what you’ve advised is inconsistent

@McDonaldsUK by hand, made sure i was ok, and got my order to me so quickly, also made sure i had some water to help calm me down. They were excellent, i have severe anxiety and disabled, couldn’t go into the branch so this helped me no end, they were amazing.

@McDonaldsUK started to have a panic attack, the amazing CEL went and figured out what had happened, then came out with the manager, i was shaking and struggling as the app still wouldn’t accept payment even though i’d amended the order and i was using apple pay, they took my 2/3

@McDonaldsUK i want to praise the Customer Experience Leader and the Manager at the Abbeywood Bristol branch, the app was playing up (let me order a milkshake when not available and then wouldn’t take payment) i called over a team member, and the CEL came over too, i then 1/3
