When will @ZARA realise that their returns policy is #unethical and accelerates #fastfashion?
No receipt = No refund/exchange, regardless of if you don’t believe you were given a receipt in the first place! Suggesting I give the items to charity does not make you ethical.
@paul_brandon@markrankinni@PamSmit79717136@LucyAlexanderTV I haven’t said you’ll just get a CCJ. They’ll can take it to court, at which point the fees will be more and the court will no doubt order you to pay it or you’ll end up with a CCJ until you do.
What’s the point in delaying until then, to risk being made to pay more!
@paul_brandon@markrankinni@PamSmit79717136@LucyAlexanderTV No I’m not I work in the industry for Council fines. I’ve also avoided a private company *invoice* for the same reason, waited to appeal until they took the case to court. At which point it was too late and had to pay more or risk a ccj. Advice like yours is simply misleading
@paul_brandon@markrankinni@PamSmit79717136@LucyAlexanderTV This is all terrible advice! They’ll trace you eventually. It won’t matter if it’s a friend driving your car either if it’s registered in your name you will be liable. Contact them to appeal and send in your receipt as evidence. Also check what the rules are of the car park
Today I officially turn 23 YEARS OLD! Which means 7 YEARS AGO I was on Educating Yorkshire. Thank you from the bottom of my heart in allowing me to live life as a motivational speaker.
Is this some kind of a sick joke @Pret !? When it said bacon and avocado I expected equal measures! Not just the bacon I could see through the packaging #pretgonewrong
