@BillboardChris My son goes to UofO and I told him to find you and represent the campus contingent that reject GI. When he refused to state his pronouns during frosh orientation, he was given the cold shoulder.
It’s National Infertility Awareness Week. Remember: It’s best to not ask couples or individuals about their plans for pregnancy. I promise you, it is none of your business. ❤️
@thedovecoteorg This article is a bit misleading. Nowhere is the author’s age stated , nor if they performed pre-implantation genetic screening. Both which can ‘explain’ a lot. A decade of treatment suggest that the age of the eggs was at one point a factor. He doctor surely suggested donor eggs
@SahilBloom To this point, there’s a great book for parents out there: Too Much of a Good Thing by Dan Kindlon. Great advice to prevent giving kids too much, too soon.
Agree with this mostly accurate portrayal of the use of donor eggs (with exception of the flawed data on the impact on the donors themselves). Modern fertility treatment can’t alter the fact that by 40, the majority of a woman’s eggs are chromosomally abnormal.
Women who use donor eggs speak of shame, isolation, and pangs of inadequacy compounded by a clueless public still unfamiliar with what using donor eggs involves or means for the mother’s rights to the child. @rrrins reports https://t.co/k52iU1f5s9
@sometherapist I respect many of your opinions. But this is absurd. Spoken like someone who hasn’t lived enough to understand real trauma. Come back to us in 20 years.
@elonmusk And if you pay for the priceless, you get a bargain. I illuminate this logic to my clients within my surrogacy company every day. Right @elonmusk ?
