@cwchris_ @DigitalFringed1 Have to also remember I have had 3 spinal surgeries; 18 screws in my humerus bone. 9 pins in my left wrist. A double knee replacement. And 3 plated ribs. The level of couldn’t move was almost catastrophic lol

@cwchris_ @DigitalFringed1 I go in weekly for injections and routine testing now. I’m 43 my levels were low. I was getting moobs. Now I’m working out regularly. 3 days on. 1 day off. I really over did it the first few weeks. Woke up one day and couldn’t move! I thought I was gonna die lol
