Without any forewarning guests on @CruiseNorwegian #norwegianencore have been told they have to leave the ship for at least 4hrs 7-11PM. A night paid for. Kids, elderly, disabled hoping to get on again at midnight

So @CruiseNorwegian @NCL_UK have made a mess up with our immigration into NY on Encore. All passengers to be turfed our to streets on NY at night for 4-5hrs before being allowed back onboard!! Elderly, infirm, kids in pushchairs. #disgraceful
